I am happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage from shipping. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item's improper condition within 7 days of product arival.

I typically ship within three business days although I frequently mail a bit sooner as I know how nice it is to receive something right away! Shipping times may be extended slightly on occasion. You'll find the current ship time in the listing, and on your receipt.

USPS as well as other shipping services (UPS, FedEx, etc.) are currently experiencing delays in delivery. This is due in large part to the widespread effects of the Corona Virus. In addition to fewer employees and workplace restrictions as mandated by the Center for Diseases Control (CDC), Shipping companies are seeing more mail and packages than ever before in their history.
